Chris moved to Los Angeles in 2010 from Canada as a music producer, but didn’t have much luck finding work at some of the more established recording studios around town. After a few years of freelancing without a lot of financial success, he and his wife found out they were going to have a baby daughter. Chris realized he had to find a way to support his new family but he also wanted to spend as much time with his daughter as he could. He didn't want to be an occasional dad away working 12 hour days in dark studios. With his back up against the wall, he came up with the idea of starting a virtual online recording studio. Necessity truly is the mother of invention.

After a lot of trail and error, Chris gradually built up his virtual studio, Sundown Sessions Studio, into a very successful music production company that gave him and his family the freedom to live how and where they want. With the growing demand from artists and songwriters of all genres looking for ways to record online (far more than he could produce himself), he decided to teach other music producers how to increase their revenue and reputation by making a living doing what they love to do - all online.
